Hello, dear Click-on team!

Your coverage of the mobile enviroment here in Finland was of course interesting. So was no doubt the rare interview of the king of Finland Mr Jorma Ollila.

But you more or less failed to take into consideration what it could be like to live in this country and prefer to use other mobile brands than that which is in the position of state religion in Nokialand. Being a devoted Motorola user I know what it is like.

In fact, I wrote and published an article on the subject not very long ago after having tried to obtain a spare part for my Motorola communicator. The story is entitled THE DISSIDENT OF NOKIALAND and is available in the Web at www.larko.org/world/dissident.htm.

In addition to what I wrote back then I might mention that the default of everybody using Nokia cellular phones in Finland is so strong that commercial service providers do not even bother to support other brands. In some advertisments the list of supported devices consists of adequate Nokia models without even mentioning the word "Nokia" as it is considered to be selfevedent.

With this modest remark about the absence of the other side of the coin in your coverage of Finland I do recognize that the story was well done. Keep on the good work!

With regards

Larko
